What the heck is this???

This is driving me nuts.
I've been seeing this commercial lately that's like 4 seconds long, they show a space shot of the Earth off to the side and these big letters that say "It knows what will happen".
And then it does some static and the letters change to "Soon you will know", and then it statics again and the commercial ends.

Does anybody have any idea what that's all about? They show it ALL the time now and I have no idea what it means. :O_o:

It was on Fox.
I've been trying to find it on the internet, but the phrases in question don't seem to exist in the same place.

The commercial's literally short enough that you could blink and miss it.
So if you're ignoring the commercial breaks all the time, you're DEFINITELY going to miss it.
